I couldn't reproduce this on my machine with database abc (didn't try
Forsythe).  I trust Jeff that you get screwed up page numbers no matter what
database you use?

Rodney, Mike, see if you can reproduce it.  If it works for you, strat
tracking down the difference between your setup and Jeff's.
