To continue with counter bug info with AccuVote-TS, when you end the election or clear totals, there is an error that pops up and says "error in counter".

In the newest version of AccuVote-TS I found that the ballot in Spanish is not counted on the public counter (display).  English is counted.  When you do your print out of totals all votes are counted, including Spanish.  In the 2.0 version Spanish votes are counted on the public counter.
