There is a fairly
serious bug in manual entry in 1.10.2. If you manual enter a AccuVote-TS
counter batch, GEMS will crash. Manual entry on Central Count and AccuVote
will give a database query error. Tyler gets the free beer for reporting
the hard crash. 15 lashes for Ken on this one.
Please stick with
1.9.6 or 1.7.5 in production environments until 1.10.3 or 1.11.1 is
released. That will happen shortly.
