I have created a Famous Names election from scratch on Gems - 1.11.1.1, I create ballots, create a memory card, scan ballots, and print out a ticker tape report. All this works fine, but when I go to upload the results to Gems, all I get is that 3/3 precincts are reporting and 0's for all other counters. Here is a copy of the database also.
