The label field is highlighted each time when
entering new vote centres allowing an identifiable name to be entered
directly.
Not so when creating new Report
Precincts/Polls. Only the first one is highlighted and thereafter it is
necessary to highlight the name manually to enter a specific name. This
is also the case when keying in new entries for the Cumulative Report
Units.
