Fw: Riverside, CA - Demonstration Election

Hi...
I have attempted to download this election several times.  In GEMS I am
using 1.11.2.   This is a multi-lingual election. On the AVTS have run 3.9.1
and 3.8.1, no success.  I get the error, (can not find template file).
Does anyone have an answer to this problem.  I would appreciate any feed
back....
