Write-ins BS 3.10.11 / PB 3.10.12

Hi,

Testing write-ins.  BS 3.10.11 and PB 3.10.12.  The write-in text prints out on both, but when I voted multiple WI's  -  the print out shows 0 and the actually write-in name does not print.  However, in the BS "View Ballot Results" the WI names appear, and in GEMS 1.13.3. the WI totals came across.
