Entered in a new election with 20 races with 2 candidates each.  Downloads 
fine to AVTS but when you bring up the screens in readiness testing, 1st 
screen has major problems, races do not appear unless you go to next page 
and then back to previous.  It will work fine with 18 races with 2 
candidates each.  When adding more candidates to the 18 races, does not 
work again.  Have to remove more races.
