Steve and Mike discovered yesterday that artwork printed in 1.11 won't read with memory cards created in 1.14, or 1.14 central count. This is a bug. Upgrades should always preserve all aspects of an election database, including artwork and memory cards. I think I know what is going on, and am working on a fix.

This is fixed and will be in 1.14.6.

You will need to re-upgrade <1.13 databases to the new 1.14.6 if you wish to use artwork printed with <1.13.

Artwork created and printed with 1.14.1-5 will continue to work with 1.14.6. This problem is only with upgrading from 1.13 or earlier releases and trying to read old ballots using 1.14.
