Set up test election, one precinct, one race. Generated
Ballots. Go To->Print Artwork Console, check only Options->Front,
nothing else. When ballot is printed, caption on
bottom of ballot appears as follows.
"Front Card 1 RptPct 10 "Report Unit 10" FOR PROOF
ONLY.
Somehow I don't think this is right:)
