tried to load marin db from 1-14-13 to
1-16 got to RTF data and then error too few parameters expected 2 - say ok -
load database failed .

it. Its a 14->15 upgrade bug that slipped in. We'll do a 1.6.1.2
shortly that also includes Jeff's no TS title flag.
