This has been fixed and will be in the next GEMS Reports release.

I don’t know if this is a bug or if it should be put up on the RCR list, you be the judge.  After creating a separate Counter Group, which in turn creates a separate Vote Center.  I print out the Cards Cast By Vote Center Report, and this particular Counter Group-Vote Center does not appear.  Should it???
