This has been fixed and will be in the next GEMS-1-16 release.

An internal error is display as a result of the following sequence of activities:

  1. artwork is generated
  2. a candidate is added in the Race Editor and Force Re-Layout is selected
  3. click on OK in the Race Editor
  4. click on 'No' in response to 'Changes will affect ballots ...'
  5. click on OK again in the Race Editor
