Front/Back locale

Reported by Smothers.  GEMS 1.16.8.  The [Front] and [Back] locale.ini entries have a typo.  They should read:

[Front]

localename=FRONT

 

[Back]

localename=BACK

 

Corrected locale.ini will be in future releases, or you can just change it manually.  Only affects accounts that want to customize FRONT and BACK.
