Choosing default Fonts in 17-2 fails

Go to Setup ->Race Options, default font is set to Arial, change it to Arial Narrow.  Apply. Exit out.

When you go back in you will find the Font chooser is empty, and GEMS will not allow you to change it.  

Create a new header, the default Font is Arial, try changing it to Arial Narrow, and GEMS will change it back to Arial for you.
