Pollbook Precinct Select Window

When creating a voter card, the create card window shows the Ward selection window (should say precinct-out west any way) and the Precinct selection window if there are more than one "base precincts". In Alameda, the label for the base precincts are longer than the window is wide, so that whatever the identifier is that makes it unique is cut off from view. So the user may end up seeing three partical base precinct labels - all identical in the view window. The window needs to allow the user to see the whole label field so a selection of the correct base precinct can be made.
