TEMPBALLOTV Already Exists Message

Anoka Co., MN database attached

 

When trying to add new headers, Anoka gets the following message:

 

Object TEMPBALLOTV already exists

 

and they are unable to add a header.

 

I cannot recreate the problem here.  They are using 1-16-9.
