I am trying loading PC's while waiting on GEMS Version to
extract data files:
Created c:\Program Files\Global Election Systems\VCProgrammer
directory
Copied VCProgrammer.exe and VoterCard.dll to same
directory
Double Click on VCProgrammer.exe to start setup
Get the following message:
The ordinal 6880 could not be located in
the dynamic link library MFC42.dll
