Just a comment on
this. Saskatchewan is going to election on Wednesday Oct. 25th and does
not yet have working software. We cannot properly test uploading in
conjunction with JResults until we're in the clear with software. By
the end of the same week we need to be testing uploading and JResults in
Ontario.
