BallotStationCE-4-0-2-2: Reporting from Accumulator in Pre-election Test Mode: No report.

Mode:           Pre-Election Testing Mode
Module:       Accumulator -> Print

Problem:    The results report displays the following:

                              16:24 Printed results

                      and that's it.   The same report prints if invoked from the "Reporting" option in the Pre-Election Testing Mode.

 

Steps:         Go into Pre-Election Testing Mode.
                      Select the "Accumulator" Option.
                      Select "Print". 
                      Print "Totals Report".  
                      A report is generated but there are no election results on it.  Instead, it contains just the date stamp of the report.
