Re: Short names in long races AVTSNT-4-0-8

Greg,

Could you translate this?
"The candidate blocks were larger when the candidates last name moved (truncated) to the second line than other can with shorter names whose second name did not move to the second line."

Subject: Short names in long races AVTSNT-4-0-8

GEMS-1-18-4    AVTSNT-4-0-8

Two long races in one database made the use of 4 columns necessary.  Vote for 6 with 24 candidates and the other vote for 9 and 36 candidates.

The candidate blocks were larger when the candidates last name moved (truncated) to the second line than other can with shorter names whose second name did not move to the second line.

To make the candidate blocks the same size I manually moved their second name in the RTF under Candidate in the Race Editor.

Now all the candidates have the same spacing.  However in the Summary, only the first name of the manually changed candidate appears.  The other candidates names that wrapped to the second line automatically showed both the first name and the last.
