Using Florida Certification, (sent from Nel), as well as the Famous Names data base:
 
BS 4.1.0.4 does not allow viewing of ballot or count test when using voter card .
Error layout.cpp line 110
 
BS 4.0.6  will allow both of the above functions with Florida Cert.
 
Tested on platforms R6, R5, Dell Latitude.
 
Dimtry has the Florida data base and download file.
