Further testing shows anytime the voter traverses,Constitutional Amendment #3,which has overflowed it's text beyond a screen boundary,in a forward "next" direction,

that the previous button becomes inoperable.

Voting, with voter card and magnify option, magnify in this case is the only option selected.

From summary screen,

press previous button..goes to lastpage of ballot(good)

press previous again..stays at last page(bad).
