Currently, it is possibly to access Supervisor Functions prior to installing election media (click on Cancel in the election media insertion prompt, then insert Administrator card) using BallotStation NT 4.0.11. Using BallotStation CE 4.0.11, on the other hand, it is not possible to activate Supervisor Functions either with no election media or with blank election media installed.
