Encountered this yesterday with 1-17-15. Found it was caused when duplicate ID numbers are present in the challenged voter list.

When tried in 1-17-16, duplicate numbers were accepted.

Jennifer Price at Metamor encountered the attached Internal Error while trying to accept challenged votes using the Default Polling Vote Center. Also attached is the database used with 3 challenged votes.

We need to either take out the Default Polling Vote Center from the Challenge Board window, or disable it, so it can not be accessed.
