RE: LA full database R6 VIBS broken

Already reported (see attached).  Record audio for the voter groups in all languages and it will go away.  I'll also ask Dmitry to send you a 4.1.1.6 prerelease that handles the problem natively.

The problem was incorrectly trying to play audio files that had no data.
 
This is fixed and will be in BS 4.1.2

First ballot in selection list goes into an endless loop loading.
 
Database is in incoming ken-loading.forever.gbf.  Its a Spanish VIBS database, but its unknown whether the problem is related to either yet.  It is an older version of Nel's Florida Spanish demo with write-in audio added for Spanish.  The write-in change was made for a previous bugtrack and is very probably unrelated.  The database did lay out in 4.1.1 release.
