1.    GEMS -> Setup -> Monitor Scripts

2.    In the 'Monitor Script' window, select 'Add'

3.    Click on 'Add district' or 'Add precinct'.

The 'Add Precinct' should display only precincts while the 'Add District' should display only districts. In GEMS 1-11-14, this is the case. In GEMS 1-17-17, both options display all districts and precincts.
