Try 1.17.18 and see if that helps.  See attached.  Get back to us either way.

Viewing uploaded ballots from BS to GEMS using Ballot Audit.
In the attached db sent by Jeff, in GEMS Ballot Audit, I select Vote Center 3, and select the 3rd ballot, for example, and get the following message.  Some ballots show fine, others give this same message.

Okay, yep it looks like the print fix did not make it into 1.17.17, only the
view fix.  We'll release 1.17.18 today.
