"Copy" on the
AccuVote-OS Server - 1 window represents the number of times a memory card
has been downloaded without unsetting the election. However, the copy # on
the AccuVote tape stays at 0 regardless of the number of times the vote center
has been downloaded.
1. Bring up the AccuVote-OS
Server -1 window (Download Console).
2.
Noted that VERSION = 1, COPY = 0 on Download Console.

Downloaded a vote center.
4. Noted that VERSION = 1, COPY
= 1 on Download Console. (okay)
5. Noted that VERSION = 1, COPY
= 0 on AccuVote Tape. (okay)

Re-downloaded the same vote center.

Noted that VERSION = 1, COPY = 2 on Download Console.
