There is already a GEMS 1.17.21 released on Jan 16th. Do you mean GEMS 1.17.22?

GEMS 1.17.20; I have not tracked the version in which it appeared. Importing BRC totals (used in El Paso TX) causes an Internal Error. I don't know how this bug slipped in since it has worked in the past, and it was an obvious bug in the code. Fix will be in 1.17.21.
