Subject: AVTS set IP address useability

Scenario:  receive an AVTS unit with serial number set up, but IP address not set up.  Want to download a memory card via Ethernet.  BS 4.3 and CE 3.0 provide functionality to set the IP address in setup.  You can’t get to setup without a programmed memory card.  You can’t download a memory card until you have networking setup.  And so on.
