Which is why it’s a
flag in 1.18 GEMS. If you unclick “play all candidates”
in the 1.18 AVTS setup dialog, it won’t play candidates that can’t be
voted. Florida has a requirement that all candidates
be played, presumably so the voter has the opportunity to hear what they are
missing.
