The 'Seperate Under' option is
used to allow jurisdictions to accumulate precincts totals into a seperate total
for those precincts that have less ballots cast than the minimum they
define. This is to maintain voter secrecy where there are only a few
ballots cast in a precinct and therefore it may be possible to determine how a
particular voter voted. Since the 'Election Summary Report' does not do a
break down by precinct this option has no meaning.
