BS 4.3.2.1
Crash occurs when attempting to playback race with missing 
race header audio.

Test Ballots>Count Test with Not using Voter Card checked
Select Precinct and Party, click By Ballot, Check VIBS, 
check Hide Ballot and click Vote.

Intro. TSText is played; pressing 1 to begin causes 
application to crash.
