I was not be able to reproduce this. Please make sure that ballots has been generated in the database you are using.

Changing the status of the 'Cross-endorse on ballot once' check box for a race with cross-endorsed candidates, then saving results in the Race Editor fails to issue a message indicating that changes will affect ballot artwork.
