Re: GEMS 1-18-9 Manual Entry card quantity reset

Whitman, could you please present your information in a user-oriented manner such that the logic of the issue is explained, without reverting to presenting code?  Please also use terminology on bugtrack that corresponds to user interface labels, rather than code-defined variables.

Thanks

Since either CardRotId or BallotRotId in CardRotCounter is NULL, each ballot manual entry item is identified as
CBallotRotCardRot(CBallotRot(BRCR_UNKNOWN_BALLOT), CCardRot(cardRotId)) or
CBallotRotCardRot(CBallotRot(ballotRotId), CCardRot(BRCR_NO_CARD)).
This fixes the problem where ballot manual entries are not loaded correctly from CardRotCounter.

The fix will be in GEMS 1-18-10.

Enter a non-zero card quantity under the Cards tab in Manual Entry and click on the OK button.  Reactivate the Manual Entry window and the card quantity is set to zero.
