Re: Shadow Races with larger number of candidates defined results in incorrect # of ballots created for Automatic L&A Test

This has been fixed in GEMS 1-18-10.

This again was a problem with the determining number of siblings for a candidate not being limited to counting the candvgroups to the one race, therefore shadow race had an error.

Subject: Shadow Races with larger number of candidates defined results in incorrect # of ballots created for Automatic L&A Test

GEMS 1.18.9
BS 4.3.2.1

Automatic L&A Test

If the ballot consists of a shadow race which has a larger number of candidates than the rest of the races defined then:

1.  There is no blank ballot created for Automatic L&A Test

2.  The passes are not recorded correctly.  For Ex. shadow race has 5 candidates defined and all other races have 4 candidates.  The 5th pass only creates 1 ballot and not 5.
