I can't reproduce the problem with either BS 4-3-2 or 4-3-6.

Election is set to Pre-Election Testing Mode in Post-Election Mode Supervisor Functions.  Exiting Supervisor Functions returns control to Post-Election Mode window, as opposed to Pre-Election Testing Mode window.  Exiting the election or shutting down the system, then returning to the election, passes control to the Pre-Election Testing Mode window.
