RE: Ballot Station 4.3.6.1 Battery Charge indicator

Title: Message
For the following cases the AC power is always plugged in and power cycling between case 1 and case 2.

When there is a pcmcia card installed in the unit, programmed with an election, power on, the status of the battery is displayed as
case1     Charging green 80
When there is No pcmcia card installed in the unit, power on, administrator card inserted go into supervisor functions,the status of the battery is displayed as
case 2     AC Online green 100
Wait for  communication cycle...then
case 3    Charging yellow 80

case 1 and case 2 should initialize with the same  status.
case 1 and case 3 are inconsistent in colour as well.

Would you please explain where is the bug here? Is it the change from 100% to 10% between the two dialog invocations?
How much time was there between 1 and 2 below? and was the AC power cable unplugged before the second insertion of the admin card?

Power status is updated approximately every one minute, so in-between changes will only show after the wait time elapses.

No pcmcia installed
1)    admin card -> pin -> supervisor mode screen(Online/Battery green & 100)
2)    admin card -> pin -> supervisor mode screen(Charging/Battery red & 10)
STAYS IN STATE 2 until power cycled
