AVTS 4.3.2. If you insert a voter card partially
(about in inch, say) into the reader, then the messages status message loops
forever, alternating with the message “reading voter card” and “unknown
card type”. The unknown card
type message is inaccurate. If you
insert the card upside down, you get the more accurate “card upside down”
error. If a card has bad data on it (say, wrong election), then you
get a wrong election error, this time in red. The card is ejected, and then the loop
starts again, with the red background. Ken |
