OK, this is back to my "square" comment earlier.  Does everyone else see a
numberic value in front of the "th" in the 3rd word of the email below.  If
so, then my computer has been wormed or something.  If you see a square,
then it's coming from Tari's email.

in the 7th column - id - right before base precinct in this report in the
attached database incorrect ids are being created for the base precincts -
VC with cards by label has 0 as the id for all base precincts
