The problem has been fixed in BS-4-2-4 and BS-4-3-2.

Reported by Greg Forsythe.

 

Some of the races  hide cross endorse candidates behind the labels at the bottom of the screen in BS 4-1-7-1 pre release. Can be reproduced with the database Greg sent to bugtrack in "Two precinct out of 488 not in order, BS-4-1-7-1, Create Voter Card screen" e-mail.
