Alemeda county needs to be able to print the full text of a
party name in both English and Spanish on the ballot. This is currently
not possible without resorting to trying to format the party within the
candidate rich text. A better solution would be to allow entering the
ballot (rich) text for the party in the voter group dialog.
Alemeda has a November election, so this would need to be
completed Aug or Sept. It will take about 8 hours to implement.
We'll firm up the date for completion in a couple of months after the current
plate is emptied a bit.
