In King, they run central count in a remote
location on a seperate server. However, in Tulare, it is all on the same
machine, as it is in Fresno and Marin. All these places plan on using
central count. We need a password protection beyond the log-in for getting
access to reports when central count has been run and the system has actual vote
totals.
Since everyone is forced to work on the same server
workstation, there are too many people to control what each person does and
Tulare and Fresno feel that there needs to be some way to restrict access to
reporting functions when central count has totals in
it.
