When selecting Separate Ovals in the Print Artwork
module;
1) Thick ovals become the default.
(Have seen two elections so far with thin red ovals, very difficult to
see)
2) A note to the printer on the ballot proof
sheet to use Pantone 032 Red. (Darker reds will cause "Invalid
Mark")
