You get the percent printed on all columns except on overvotes, undervotes and times blank voted if you request percents by VoteCast.
 
The Accu-Vote does not upload to GEMS the number of blank cards (some how VTS has lasted for over 15 years without this).  We will look into adding this in the Accu-Vote Version 2 release.

GBS would like further modifications to the SOVC report:

 

  • the ability to display percentage returns on all columns except on overvotes, undervotes and times blank voted
  • the number of blank voted cards by precinct
