This is now done.  The amount of space allocated for the candidate names when rotated is now based on the longest name.

This will be in the next GEMS-1-15 release.

The SOVC report is cutting off the candidate names (longer than 16 characters) when the SOVC format has the candidate names vertically.  (When it is in horizontal mode its OK, which seems to happen when the Percent options are used, which makes the columns wider).  Is there a way we can lengthen the candidate name spacing when it is printing vertically??
