AVTS - Last ballot screen reappearing after you touch Cast Ballot

Jurisdiction:	All Accounts that use AVTS

Do not have the last ballot screen reappear after touching Cast Ballot or 
Cancel Ballot.  This is not a big issue, however, this complaint does seem 
to come up some times during a AVTS election.   After you touch Cast Ballot 
or Cancel Ballot, the AVTS unit should go directly to the Thank You for 
Voting screen or the Canceling Ballot screen, not go back to the last page 
of the ballot and then go to the correct final screen.
