RE: Thick Red Ovals without Oval Separation.

This capability currently exists for all Global printed ballots. We do not
intend to offer this for use by any other 3rd party printer. Specifically
the ballot order software application that drives the ballot production work
flow process (including printing) has a red ovals parameter (along with many
others). The result of a TRUE for this paramenter is a change of color for
the oval postscript object to red and a doubling of the line thickness. If
anyone needs a copy of the ballot production document that describes all the
available features, please email David at dwdean@spectrumltd.com.

Jeff
