RE: Manual Entry - Ti mes Counted of Cards Cast to be copied over to Times Counted of Races

When will the next release be out???  I would like to do some testing, and then send it to Bill Bowers so he can do some testing, since he wants to use it for the April 3rd election.

I have spoken with Bill Bowers at GBS and he would like to see this change for all the Wisconsin accounts.  However, Kenosha County, WI has an election on April 3, 2001 and apparently does a massive amount of manual entry.  They would like the Times Counted the you enter in the Cards Cast tab, to be able to copied over to the Times Counted of the Race fields.  From the response that Tab has posted about the way it is done in VTS, I would assume that we would do it in that same manner.  Bill would like it by the 28th of March, so as to be able to do some testing.
